A genuine Viagra pill is blue and in the shape of a slightly rounded diamond. The word 'pfizer' is written on the front in lower-case letters, and on the back are the letters 'vgr' followed by a number (25, 50 or 100) that indicates the amount of active ingredient (sildenafil citrate) in milligrams.
